Pricing & Billing

Do you really offer unlimited emails?

Every SendX plan comes with unlimited email sends to your opted-in subscribers. We only charge you for your subscribers. There are no hidden email limits whatsoever.

How do you count contacts?

We count unique active contacts (subscribers) only once, regardless of how many segments or lists they're in. If the same contact appears in multiple places, you're only charged once. We also do not charge for unsubscribes or contacts that mark you as spam as they are no longer "active" and will not be emailed.

What happens if I exceed my monthly contact limit?

Your account continues functioning normally for up to 48 hours to prevent campaign disruption. We'll notify you immediately to either upgrade your plan or reduce your subscriber count.

Can I switch between monthly and annual plans?

Switch between billing cycles anytime. Annual plans save 25% compared to monthly billing, and you can transition at your next renewal date.

Do you offer custom pricing?

Yes, we do offer custom pricing depending upon unique scenarios. For more details with an email expert or reach out to our support team.

Can I use SendX for my restricted industry?
